1) DELIVERY AND ORDER

A) What is the cost of delivery and where do we deliver?

We have two types of delivery that serve Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia. Please note that we do not deliver to Africa, Asia or French overseas departments and territories. 

Thus, we have the "Standard Delivery" which is free of charge and includes tracking of your order.

Finally, if you wish, you can opt for our "Secure Delivery" which is 4.90 euros. This gives you an additional insurance that covers you against loss, theft and breakage of your package.

B) When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery take 2 to 3 working weeks maximum. This delay can be explained by a certain number of orders preceding yours, as well as the sanitary crisis that we are currently undergoing (Covid-19) and the regulations that it generates. However, we do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

C) My order is incomplete

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

D) I did not receive my order

A problem with the Post Office? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed?

With our secure delivery, snk-shop.fr will take care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We do not send back the fault to the carrier and let you "manage". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

2) CANCELLATION AND ORDER

A) Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not yet "ready". In fact, as soon as your order is qualified as ready, it is entrusted to our carriers and is about to be shipped. Thus, as soon as a package is shipped, we can neither change its contents nor modify its destination address because interrupting a shipment would be tantamount to disrupting the logistics of our carriers. Consequently, as soon as your order is determined to be "ready" it is too late to modify or cancel it.

Your bank or credit card information will not be communicated to us under any circumstances. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor. We do not accept checks at this time.

B) Is my information secure?

Yes, the "HTTPS" present in the URLs of our store testifies to the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of "http" secured by the use of SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect the financial transactions of merchant sites. As e-merchants, we are aware that the use of SSL is becoming indispensable nowadays. It is the best way to protect your data and to protect you against hackers and identity theft.

Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the URL bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an "s" which stands for "secure" and is added to the "http" protocol on the website in the address bar.

A) How do I order a product?

We make your purchases as easy as possible.

B) Can I cumulate my discount codes?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

C) I have received an import tax

snk-shop.fr ships its products all over the world legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
